4. Goods

NeoNewta offers physical goods such as pattern design kits, printed materials and branded merchandise related to Neo-thinking new pattern sets.

5. Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may cancel a booked service and request a reimbursement within 7 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have commenced. To request a reimbursement, please contact us using the form below. Eligible cancellations may also be moved to an alternate date upon agreement by both parties. Certain premium packages are delivered in full at time of purchase; such packages are not eligible for reimbursement due to dedicated resource allocation.

5.2 Information Products

For digital info products, customers may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if no downloads or access to the content have occurred. Reimbursements are issued via the original method of payment.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a reimbursement or offer a replacement item at no additional charge.
